KTC’s principal services include:

Business Analysis services ranging from the inception of the project up to final delivery and handover and everything in-between. Some examples of these services include:

  • Development of initial Requests for Proposal (RFP) allowing the client to define their conceptual requirements well enough to the point where the RFP can be taken to market for tender by prospective vendors
  • Functional analysis which encompass fact-finding workshops, assessment of current (AS-IS) solutions, definition of functional (TO-BE) requirements and gap analysis along with detailed Functional Requirement Documentation (FRD); an
  • Technical design which includes conceptual solution design and technology fits (KTC primarily focuses on the Microsoft D365 stack, but may offer technology-agnostic design based on client preference or requirement), as well as client-driven design review and Technical Design Documentation (TDD).
  • Advisory services which enable clients to make informed strategic decisions insofar as business direction is concerned based on the outcome of business analysis, such as BPR, etc.;
  • Project Implementation comprising of:
    • Product configuration and tailoring/customization;
    • Custom solution implementation;
    • Database design and configuration;
    • Template and data management;
    • Integration; and
    • Report- and dashboard building.
  • Training which includes both the development of training material as well as facilitation of training sessions;
  • Post-go-live support; and
  • Upgrades of existing solutions (limited to D365).

 

Software Development services (which may be included in project development, but may also be commissioned more directly if required) to cater for any application development needs, such as:

  • Custom code segments or full applications;
  • Integration between bespoke, LOB, or other applications/platforms; 
  • Web Services and/or Windows Services; 
  • Web Development

Database Design, Development and Manipulation (primarily Microsoft SQL Server), including:

  • SSRS Reporting
  • Queries
  • Data Manipulation
  • SSIS

Application/Web Development Programming Including C#, C, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL, HTML, CSS, ADXStudio Portals/MS Dynamics Portals, Umbraco CMS.
  Integration Custom integration (see Programming), SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, BizTalk, Telephony Integration.
  Web/Windows Services Including Azure functions.
Database Development and Management Database Design Design and normalisation of relational databases, primarily on the Microsoft SQL Server platform. Experience in Oracle, Firebase, Apache and other smaller, bespoke DBMS.
  Database Manipulation Ad-hoc queries, Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, SQL Functions. 
  Reporting SSRS reporting, Crystal Reports, FetchXML reporting.
